ACCOMMODATION POLICIES:
  • reception time for Arrival is from 3pm to 9pm
  • departure time is 12 pm for later please request
  • For late departures or early arrivals of SIX  hours AND
    MORE a  charge MAY APPLY $45. Cdn
  • Weekend Stays require a two night minimum
  • Three  night minimum Stay during Xmas / New Years
    Holiday Season, and all Holiday Weekends
  • Four night minimum stay during the
Grande  Prix Week, & some  Special Cultural Events
  • Sorry NO pets
  • NO SMOKING within the suite or building
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE GUEST'S
    VISITORS INTO THE PREMISES
  • Double occupancy MAXIMUM (Two Adults)
RATE PAYMENT POLICIES:
  • CASH  Payment only and is  due at time of Arrival,  
    ATM BANK MACHINES(Two) are located a  BLOCK
    AWAY-OR you may prefer to arrange this on your
    arrival at the ATM in the Mtl Airport terminal  OR at
    the Border Crossing....PLEASE NOTE your bank card
    may have a max. Withdrawal of  $500. per day
  • To secure Reservation a valid credit card is required  
  • we DO NOT process credit cards for payment of the
    accommodation
  • For Accommodations Stays of Five days(+) and
    some Special Events we may  require in Advance a
    Deposit in the  Form of a Money Order or Bank Draft
    covering Three days of accommodations charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY NOTICE:
  • 10 days AND more BEFORE THE RESERVED ARRIVAL DATE with the ~EXCEPTIONS MENTIONED BELOW~ NO CANCELLATION FEE

  • LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE RESERVED ARRIVAL DATE with the EXCEPTIONS MENTIONED BELOW  otherwise TWO Nights
    accommodation Rate will be charged to  you according to the rate you were quoted.

EXCEPTIONS ARE THE FOLLOWING  

  • Accommodations  during  "HOLIDAY WEEKENDS" + "Some Special Week/ends of Cultural Events"  + "Winter Weekly Stays"
WILL REQUIRE A CANCELLATION NOTICE OF  21 days OTHERWISE you will be charged THREE NIGHTS accommodation charges

AND / OR

  • Stays of FIVE Days or More DURING THE SUMMER SEASON Will Require a Cancellation Notice of  45 days or Deposit will be forfeited.

AND / OR

  • Grande Prix & Nascar Race Week  The "FULL Accommodation Booking-Deposit will be forfeited" 90 DAYS PRIOR TO THIS EVENT

You may consider  taking  travel cancellation insurance for extended weekly stays OR  when you have supplied a deposit.
